You’re already doing all the right things…
You go to the gym several times a week.
You eat well.
Yet, month after month, year after year, your body still looks the same.
Sure, you get a little stronger, a little firmer, but the results you’re seeing are a fraction of what they should be relative to your effort.
You think to yourself, “I’m working way too hard to still look this average…”
Well, the answer is simple.
You’re missing the one thing that actually moves the needle in a meaningful way…
Precision.
A man can have all of the discipline in the world, but if that discipline is being deployed in an unintentional manner?
Nothing happens.
I call this “effort-leak.”
And before you know it, 6, 12, 18 months have passed and you look, feel, and perform no differently than when you started despite working your ass off the entire time.
But when a man understands precision?
When every unit of effort is being deployed with intention and intensity?
That is when his physique and performance become undeniable.
When every input yields twice its weight in output.
Training Precision
Every exercise you choose to perform in the gym must have a specific purpose.
Which muscle group are you targeting, and why?
How many sets and reps are you performing, and why?
How long are you resting in between those sets, and why?
If you can’t answer each of these questions with conviction, you’re lacking precision in your training, and it’s why you’re not building muscle or getting as strong as you should be.
Nutrition Precision
Forget “eating clean” for a minute. You already do that.
What is your daily and weekly average calorie intake?
What is your daily protein intake?
Daily fibre intake?
If you can’t answer each of these questions with conviction, you’re lacking precision in your nutrition, and it’s why you’re not as ripped and defined as you should be.
Lifestyle Precision
This is the part where most men really drop the ball…
How many hours are you sleeping each night?
And are you tracking that sleep with a wearable device?
How many litres of water are you drinking daily?
And does that water contain the proper electrolyte ratio to maximize hydration?
If you can’t answer each of these questions with conviction, you’re lacking precision in your lifestyle, and it’s why you feel like you’re firing on 2 cylinders instead of 12.
Biochemical Precision
This aspect is central to maximizing your physique and performance, and so many men don’t realize it.
When was the last time you had a comprehensive blood panel done?
What do your cardiometabolic markers look like, including blood sugar, lipids, and testosterone?
What is your 7-day rolling blood pressure average?
If you can’t answer each of these questions with conviction, you’re lacking precision in your biochemical health, and it’s why you feel 10 years older than your actual age.
Now, let me ask you something.
And I want you to answer this question as honestly as you possibly can.
When it comes to your physique and performance, are you operating with precision?
Or are you just winging it?
Remember, discipline is useless without precision.
